CRUX POS VISION

To design frictionless, omni-present retail experiences, enabling our clients to spend more time building lasting relationships with their customers.

Design Principles

Research

Over the last year, the point-of-sale was the most viewed screen in our software, and the top reason for voluntary churn was usability.

Clear and Easy Use

The point-of-sale (POS) needs to be easily digested so that efficient actions can take place quickly, regardless of training level.

Modular Experiences

Let the subscriber tailor their experience based on unique needs and wants. By doing so, we extend the usability of the POS over many verticals.

Wow and Delight

POS is a utility—we have the opportunity to evoke a sense of wonder while using the interface.

"Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works." Steve Jobs
